How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number that can be used on the courier’s website. You may also check on the status of your order by logging in to your account on our website and view your Order History.
What if an item is out of stock?
All items ordered with Omorovicza depend upon availability. We want you to be able to order and receive the products you love effortlessly, so we’ll always aim to let you know if an item is out of stock.
Now and again there can be an unexpected delay, if so we’ll get in touch to let you know.
Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?
When will I receive an order confirmation?
You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after you place an order. We will also send you an email as soon as your order is on it's way. You can always login to your Account for the latest status of your order.
How do I use a promotion or coupon code?
In checkout you will see a box titled "Discount Code or Gift Card."
Add your promotional code into this box and click ‘Apply’ to activate the discount.
Subscribe and Save
How does Subscribe and Save work?
Set up regularly scheduled deliveries to unlock a 15% savings on products which you subscribe to.
- Navigate to the product page.
- Select the size you would like to subscribe to.
- Click/tap the Subscribe and Save button.
- Choose the frequency with which you would like to receive your subscription.
- Checkout as normal.
How is Subscribe and Save billed?
The payment method which you have on file with us will be charged.
You can update your saved payment method at anytime in your account.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel or modify your subscription anytime by logging into your account.
