Orders take 4-6 business days to be delivered from the moment they get placed.

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

United Kingdom and international orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order is dispatched, and the same link appears under My Orders in your account.
If the link has not updated for more than 48 hours, contact customerservice@omorovicza.com. We will check the status directly with our warehouse.

Our courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery, or to collect from a local depot.
You may also leave delivery instructions for a safe place or a neighbour when you place your order.

We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses, as our couriers require a signature.
Please give a full street address at checkout.
