What is OMOCIRCLE?
OMOCIRCLE is the community at the heart of Omorovicza, created by Stephen and Margaret for the people who share what they found in the waters of Budapest. Join, and you’re known.
By becoming a member of OMOCIRCLE you can collect points on your orders and exchange these for exclusive privileges including money off future purchases, limited-edition sets and even spa treatments.
How do I join OMOCIRCLE?
As soon as you create an account you will be part of OMOCIRCLE. Simply log in to see the full list of privileges curated for your tier.
How do I collect points?
You can collect points through purchases and activities on site. Collect 1 point for every $1 you spend.
How do I exchange points?
Every 100 points is worth $10 off your purchase. You can exchange your points at checkout when you are logged in.
Can I collect points when I shop in store?
You can collect points on orders made in our Mayfair Institute. For any orders made at our Budapest Institute please contact customer service to manually add points to your account.
Is there a reward for creating an account?
Yes. Everyone that creates an account will receive 50 points worth £5. Log in to enjoy this privilege.
Can I earn OMOCIRCLE points by leaving product reviews?
Yes. You can leave product reviews on any products that you have ordered. Each review is worth 100 points, equivalent to £10.
Who is eligible to receive a complimentary birthday gift?
To receive your complimentary birthday gift you must add your birthday details on the logged in OMOCIRCLE page at least 30 days before your birthday and opt in to receive our email newsletter.
How do I receive my complimentary birthday gift?
If you have opted in to receive marketing you will be sent an email with details of how to claim your birthday gift.
Can OMOCIRCLE points be used together with discount codes or promotions?
OMOCIRCLE points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any discount codes.
Is there a minimum number of points required before I can exchange them?
Yes. The minimum number of points required to exchange is 100 points, worth £10. To redeem select from the dropdown at checkout.
Where can I see my current OMOCIRCLE points balance?
Log in and go to your account section to view your current loyalty points balance.
How long do my points last?
Points will expire one year after they have been earned if no orders have been placed in that 12 month period.
Will I earn points on previous orders?
Yes. Previous orders you have made will have collected you points so when you first log in you will see all the points you have collected.
How do I know what tier I am in?
To see your tier log in and go to the rewards section within your account.
I was a member of Omorovicza Rewards, what has changed?
The way that you collect and exchange points has not changed. You will still collect 1 point for every £1 you spend and be able to exchange 100 points for £10. What's new is the name of our loyalty community as well as the tier names and exciting new privileges on offer. OMOCIRCLE is more generous than ever.
What should I do if my OMOCIRCLE points are not appearing in my account?
If you have not received OMOCIRCLE points that you were expecting, please contact our customer service team.
