Cannabidiol

Cannabidiol, commonly known as CBD, belongs to the phytocannabinoid family of compounds which are produced in the flowers of the Cannabis plant. This active ingredient is free from Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) therefore it does not have any psychoactive properties. CBD offers a multitude of benefits to the skin including reducing excessive sebum production, providing anti-inflammatory effects and acting as an antioxidant to shield skin from environmental aggressors.
